"Starting with a phone call to the office. Sue was so kind and helpful. She set us up an appt with Jen. "I have been the same automobile insurance company for eight years. I also bundled home insurance with them. My costs kept rising every year since I began with them. It was frustrating to understand since I am 68 years old; have a 19 year old Honda CRV; never had any driving violations; have a very high credit score; and I have not file any claims. My 30 year old granddaughter told me about her recent transition to State Farm Insurance and about how much money she was saving. So, I called Letitia Fulkerson Agency and spoke to Jen Faul. She gave me a quote for the exact coverage and benefits which would save me $25 a month on my automobile insurance. This is a yearly cost savings of $300. In fact, my previous automobile insurance costs have never been this low. So, when my home owner’s policy expires, I plan to bundle with State Farm and save more money on both. "I had an insurance review today with my agent, Letitia Fulkerson. She is always great! She answers all of my questions, and never makes me feel stupid. She went above and beyond with me multiple times. In addition to making sure I have enough coverage at the best price, she gave me names of a reputable plumber, electrician and body work shop, and when I mentioned I was overdue for lunch, she gave me a tasty piece of candy. She also took extra time to support me in my silliness, by taking a picture of me with Jake from State Farm in the lobby. She doesn't treat me like I'm just a client, but a friend."

"I needed help on a closed policy and the 800 number told me to call my agent. I called this office (my current agent) for assistance with a homeowners policy I had on a house I'd sold, and the person who answered the phone (Shawna?) was dismissive and not helpful, telling me to call the agent who'd held that policy. My former agent's office was very helpful, but as a course of that discussion it came up that I had moved to Kentucky a few weeks ago, and they input a change of address. This agent's office sent me a text that I needed to find a new agent, that they could no longer insure me. Immediately, I started looking at agents in my area, however, when I went to the agent I wanted to use it was found that this agency assigned me to another agent without verifying with me who I wanted to use. I had to call the agent who they assigned me to, in order to get moved to the agent I chose. It was an unnecessary hassle, and my only dealing with this agent's office since I'd switched my policy to her. I have modified this review to add clarity and based on the response from the agent (increased the rating from 1 to 3 stars). The agent needs to curtail the office staff and remind them that there is a polite way to let someone know you're not able to assist them without making them feel brushed off."
